This Commonwealth government site has a lot of information about and for Australian businesses operating in the Global Market. However, the most relevant section for students is Industry and Country Info. This section allows students to search out information on a country of their choice.  Country Profile then enables students to go to the specific information that they need. The language is user friendly. Students can use the information gathered from these pages will help students pad out their case studies and be referred to in their written responses.

This is the website of the Australian Network of Practice Firms which is about to change its name to Virtual Enterprises Australia.  Virtual enterprises (or practice firms) are student-run businesses in which participants gain employability and enterprise skills as well as confidence in their own abilities through this practical and hands-on approach. Each enterprise is mentored by a local business which provides the simulated goods or services for trading with other virtual enterprises across Australia and internationally.
